By purchasing or using any of my graphics you are agreeing to my terms of use whether you read them or not.
**Updated June 23 2007** If you have purchased a Brenna, Savannah or Gracie base tubing license it is just for the base only!! You are not permitted to tube the accessories and doing so is in direct violation of my terms and your license will be terminated without a refund... Any set sold before June 23, 2007 you are allowed to sell the base with the hair and clothing in for I have gave several permission to do so, however you are not allowed to tube the frames!!!
Purchasing a graphic from Faerytale Dreams ( *Believe* ) means you are paying for the use of the graphic you purchased from me. If you violate my terms I will ask you to remove the graphic you purchased from me and I will resell it. You do not own
copyright of them and you may not claim them as your own.
You must have a website with a valid url. Your website cannot be under construction, nor can it be on MSN.
Your site must not contain any racism, hatred, nudity, or any pornographic material of any kind!
Young children should be able to view your site.
Your website must be in English or have English translation and I must be able to communicate with you in English.
You must have the following scripts installed on each page where my graphics are displayed.
No Right Click Script, IE6 Image Toolbar Disable, and No Drag Image.
You must save the graphics to your own computer!! Absolutely NO DIRECT LINKING to my files. Bandwidth theft is a crime by the National & International Law.
You may not create PSP tubes or brushes,but you may create email stationary ( Outlook & Incredimail ) , Sigtags, Awards, Banners, Cards & etc with the tubes you have purchased.
You may not alter my graphics in any way. No resizing, recoloring, no adding or removing text. Exceptions will be stated very clearly on the page with the graphic.
You may not use my graphics in emails. You may not redistribute them in emails or email groups. You may use Sigtags in emails as long as there is a visible link to http://faerytaledreams.net .
You may not use my graphics or Sigtags in MSN Groups.
All sales are final and no refunds will be given. If I have made an error on my part ( i.e.. misspelling ) I will redo the graphic. I am not responsible for errors on your part.
All payments must be made thru PayPal in US Dollars.
Once you have requested a graphic I will inspect your site and if it meets my terms of use then I will send you a bill for your purchase. If I do not receive your payment with in 48 hours after I sent you the invoice I will put the graphic back up for sale.
When placing an order, you must have the secret word found throughout my terms, if it is not there then I will delete your request.
I may change my terms of use at any given time without notification.
